Two-Way Parlay for UFC Fight Night 92

Court McGeeUFC Fight Night 92: Rodriguez vs Caceres Date: August 6, 2016 Arena: Vivint Smart Arena City: Salt Lake City, UT The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heads Salt Lake City, UT for the first time in promotional history with UFC Fight Night 92: Rodriguez vs Caceres. Main card action will be live on FOX Sports 1 at 10pm ET. Preliminary action will precede on the saem channel at 8pm ET and on UFC Fight Pass at 7pm ET. If interested in wagering on this parlay, or any bouts for this fight card, all betting lines are currently made available at Several Bookmakerss. Here is my parlay: Welterweight bout: Santiago Ponzinibbio (-160) vs Zak Cummings (+140) Gabe’s Thoughts: Zak Cummings is tough and I am a fan. He has looked incredible since dropping from middleweight down to the UFC’s 170-pound division, discluding a hiccup against Gunnar Nelson; a fight which I believe he was winning until the fight finally hit the mat, where Nelson is an absolute shark. He’s had a nice run since that loss, but I think there’s a good chance that run ends here, as he takes on Argentina’s Poninibbio. I believe the Argentinian is the suprior striker heading into this contest and I think that will be the difference. I see Ponzinibbio outstriking Cummings for the majority of three rounds to pick up a nod from the judges at Octagon-side; potentially scoring a finish along the way. I think his takedown defense is good enough to keep this fight standing long enough to win two out of three rounds, or long enough to put Cummings away. At -160, I feel Ponzinibbio is the right side for a play here. Gabe’s Call: Ponzinibbio by T/KO (strikes, 3:33 round 1) Welterweight bout: Court McGee (-225) vs Dominique Steele (+175) Gabe’s Thoughts: I believe McGee is the superior mixed martial artist heading into this welterweight contest. I think he is the better striker and grappler; i see him using his solid takedown defense to defend Steele’s takedown attempts, keep the fight on the feet and outstrike him for a unanimous decision victory on the judges’ scorecards, should the fight go the distance, because I think McGee has a decent chance of ending this one via T/KO. It is also worth noting that McGee will have an advantage in cardio heading into this bout, which could be another key to victory should the fight reach the judges’ scorecards for a decision. Gabe’s Call: McGee by T/KO (punches, 1:28 round 2) Gabe’s Recommended Parlay: Ponzinibbio (-160) and McGee (-225) at +134 for 1.75u to win 2.35u
