WSOF 8’s Tyson Nam: ‘I’m getting older and wiser with my fighting career’

MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with World Series of Fighting 8 bantamweight Tyson Nam as he prepares for his main card bout next Saturday night (Jan. 18, 2013) against Cody Bollinger at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

The Sports Lab fighter is coming off a tough loss to Marlon Moraes early last year, but he feels he’s fully prepared for his bout against Bollinger, a fighter who was the first pick on the men’s bantamweight side of The Ultimate Fighter season 18:

“I feel like he’s a real pusher on top of the pace. He loves to use his wrestling and even his striking looks pretty good all around so I can’t really see where he’s really bad in. I know he’ll probably push the pace especially with his wrestling. In preparation, I’ve worked with a lot of good wrestlers. We’re in Oregon, so it’s not hard to find good wrestlers out here so I think I’ll be coming in real prepared.”
