WSOF 6’s Marlon Moraes: ‘I’m looking to be fighting against a wrestler’

MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with World Series of Fighting 6 bantamweight Marlon Moraes as he prepares for his featured main card bout this Saturday night (Oct. 26, 2013) against Carson Beebe at BankUnited Center in Coral Gables, Florida.

The talented New Jersey-based Brazilian has stayed on his feet in his first three bouts with the promotion, but he says he’s more than ready for an opponent that likely won’t want anything to do with him in the stand-up department.

“The fight is going to be starting on my feet, but that’s MMA, man. It could be going to the ground. He could take me down, I could take him down. It’s MMA. We’ll go to the ground, be on the feet. We’ll be fighting and I’m ready to fight anywhere. Wrestling, on the ground, on the feet, I’m ready for anything. I’m ready.”
