The undefeated prospect expects to have the stand-up edge against Carl but he’s preparing himself for the worst case scenario just in case plan A doesn’t work come fight night:
“[Steve Carl]’s a gritty guy. He’s gonna go in there and he looks strong grappling. He’s not afraid to throw punches but I think he’s gonna go in there and try to make it a grappling match. I’m not afraid of a grappling match or going to the ground or anything like that. People don’t really know about my grappling yet.”
