UFC Fight Night 47’s Tim Boetsch: ‘People will see a new side of the Barbarian here’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC Fight Night 47 middleweight Tim Boetsch as he prepares for his upcoming main card bout against Brad Tavares this Saturday (August 16, 2014) at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor, Maine.

The former top 10-ranked middleweight has been in a rough patch as of late, but he’s hoping that spending a huge portion of his training camp with former UFC standout Marcus Davis will help him get back on track:

“I can feel it. I can feel it in the number of punches we’re throwing, different combinations. [Marcus Davis] is letting me throw my hands more but I feel like I haven’t lost that accuracy. I feel like I’m throwing more but I’m just as accurate as in the past if not more accurate with Marcus’ help. I think that’ll definitely lend to a different outcome this fight and I think people are going to see a new side of the Barbarian here.”
