WSOF 10’s Lance Palmer: ‘My technique will take over’

MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with World Series of Fighting 10 featherweight Lance Palmer as he prepares for his main card bout Saturday night (June 21, 2014) against Nick LoBosco at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The talented Team Alpha Male fighter understands that his opponent has some power, but he believes his technique will be the deciding factor come fight time:

“To be honest, I think with his TKO from his last fight, I know he’ll come out and strike and throw some heavy punches and try to catch me with something there. Also, I think he’ll be pushing a lot for the takedown to try to put me out of position in a scramble as well. I’m ready for everything. I’m ready for the shots. I’m ready for the overhands. He caught the last guy with the head kick and then got the TKO when it was on the ground, but really, from everything I’ve heard from people who know who he is, I just think he’s an athletic guy but the technique isn’t there. You can always swing and try to get that lucky knockout, but when it comes down to it, it comes down to technique. When the strength is even, the technique will take over.”
