MFC 38 headliner Tito Jones: ‘I’m not afraid to go to the ground’

MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with MFC 38 headliner Tito Jones as he prepares for his inaugural bantamweight title main event tonight (Oct. 4, 2013) against Anthony Birchak at the Shaw Conference Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

The talented veteran is doing everything possible to upset the highly touted Birchak in his title opportunity:

“I think Anthony will have it in his head to go for takedowns. When I watch Anthony fight, he punches to takedown. I’ve never seen him really stay and punch with someone. I’m really looking for the takedown. Wrestling isn’t something new I’m facing in MMA. I’ve been fighting since 2006, spent over two years with Urijah Faber at Team Alpha Male. Let’s go to the ground. I don’t mind.”
