Five Props that Cashed Big at UFC Fight Night 136

Five Props is a column featured on MMAOddsbreaker.com after every major MMA event that highlights the biggest underdog prop bets to cash out from that card. Here are five UFC Fight Night 136 prop bets that cashed big based on the closing odds from across various sportsbooks.

1) Jan Blachowicz by Submission (+650)

In the night’s co-main event, Jan Blachowicz proved he’s a light heavyweight contender by submitting Nikita Krylov via a dominant grappling performance in the second round. Blachowicz has won four in a row in the organization and earning a submission victory was the night’s top prop payout at +650.

2) Petr Yan by Decision (+260)

The super talented bantamweight threw the kitchen sink at opponent Jin Soo Son, but was unable to get the finish. That delighted decision backers that played him at a closing price of +260.

3) Shamil Abdurakhimov by Decision (+235)

In a rather slow paced fight, Shamil Abdurakhimov did enough to earn a decision over former champion Andrei Arlovski. Decision backers were paid out at +235.

4) Mairbek Taisumov by Decision (+213)

In his much anticipated return to the cage, Mairbek Taisumov had some ring rust, but was able to do enough in the third round to win a clear decision on the scorecards. The talented lightweight was +213 to win by decision.

5) Alexey Kunchenko by Decision (+210)

In his UFC debut, Alexey Kunchenko fought with composure landing the better strikes and really taking it to Thiago Alves in round three to win a wide decision. Kunchenko decision bettors were paid out at +210.

A $100 parlay on these five props would have netted $87,664.
