Frankie Edgar vs. Yair Rodriguez set for UFC 211 UFC officials announced Thursday that former lightweight champion Frankie Edgar will battle Yair Rodriguez at UFC 211. Edgar (21-5-1) is coming off unanimous-decision win over Jeremy Stephens at UFC 205. Prior to that, he lost to Jose Aldo at UFC 200 in a rematch for the divisions interim featherweight title. Meanwhile, Rodriguez (10-1) is coming off an impressive TKO victory over B.J. Penn back in January at UFC Fight Night Phoenix.
