Five Props that Cashed Big at UFC 199

Kevin CaseyFive Props is a column featured on MMAOddsbreaker.com after every major MMA event that highlights the biggest underdog prop bets to cash out from that card. Here’s five UFC 199 prop bets that cashed big based on the closing odds at Several Bookmakerss. 1) Michael Bisping by T/KO (+900) Michael Bisping realized his dream in the main event of UFC 199 with a first round knockout of then-champion Luke Rockhold. It was a shocking moment that had the entire crowd on their feet cheering for the Brit. An incredible outcome to the title fight, and those who wagered on it saw their tickets cash at a whopping +900, so congratulations are certainly in order! 2) Brian Ortega by T/KO (+695) Brian Ortega dropped the first round to Clay Guida in their preliminary card headliner, but came back to win the second and ultimately finish “The Carpenter” with strikes in the third to pick up the knockout victory, his third straight official victory inside the Octagon. Known for his submission prowess, Ortega continues to improve his striking and it was in full display Saturday night. Those who wagered on him to win this fight standing against the tough-to-finish Guida saw their tickets cash at a big +695, so congratulations! 3) Beneil Dariush by T/KO (+864) Beneil Dariush dismantled and knocked out James Vick in the opening stanza in arguably the best performance of his career. The Iranian-American hands “The Texacutioner” the first official loss of his professional mixed martial arts career and returns to the win column following a recent defeat against Michael Chiesa. It was a very impressive outing for Dariush and those who wagered on him to end the fight with strikes saw their tickets cash and a big and beautiful +864. This was a prop I recommended betting in my props article for the card. It was at +529 when I recommended it but it climbed all the way up to +864 by fight time. Needless to say, if you were on this one, especially if you tailed me, congratulations baby!! 4) JessicaAndrade by T/KO (+680) Jessica Andrade was successful in her debut in the UFC’s women’s strawweight division with a second round TKO of former UFC 115-pound title challenger Jessica Penne. The Brazilian proved to be the superior striker and was too much on the feet for her American counterpart. After a barrage of strikes in the second stanza, the referee was forced to step in and stop the fight while the very tough Penne was still left standing. Those who wagered on Andrade to get the job done with her hands saw their tickets cash at a very cool +680, so congrats to you! 5) Casey/Mutapcic is a Draw (+17000) Kevin Casey and Elvis Mutapcic fought to a Split Draw on the Fight Pass prelims for UFC 199 yesterday. After a back and forth three rounds of action, neither middleweight saw a return to the win column, but those who wagered on them to keep this close enough to pull out a draw did see their tickets cash at a huge +17000! So congrats to you, if you took that gamble. A $100 parlay on these five props would have netted $102,219,664.
