Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza vs Vitor Belfort The co-main event that pits two popular Brazilian fighters against each other, with the victor being in line for a shot at the gold. Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino vs Leslie Smith This is truly an event, as Cyborg finally makes her long-awaited UFC debut against a tough and game, albeit over-matched opponent in Smith. Corey Anderson vs Mauricio “Shogun” Rua Anderson faces the stiffest test of his professional mixed martial arts career in the form of the Brazilian ex-light heavyweight champion. Warlley Alves vs Bryan Barbarena It was a poor choice to place this welterweight contest on the evening’s main card, though it is a mismatch that should result in a finish. PRELIMINARY CARD (FOX SPORTS 1) Demian Maia vs Matt Brown A highly anticipated, classic “striker vs grappler” match-up in the UFC’s welterweight division that has fight fans champing at the bits. Nate Marquardt vs Thiago Santos An “old blood vs new blood” match-up in the 185-pound division that will determine where Santos fits and if Marquardt should call it quits. John Lineker vs Rob Font A solid barn-burner in the UFC’s bantamweight division that is sure to get the televised prelims rolling on a high-note. PRELIMINARY CARD (UFC FIGHT PASS) Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs Patrick Cummins A 205-pound match-up that should answer some questions about both fighters, with the main question being whether Lil’ Nog should retire. Sergio Moraes vs Luan Chagas Moraes looks to string together four in a row by taking out short notice promotional newcomer Chagas in impressive fashion. Zubaira Tukhugov vs Renato Moicano An important fight for between a pair of 145-pounders who look to remain undefeated in the UFC and gain relevancy in the division.
