Prop Plays for UFC 196

Gian VillanteUFC 196 Date: March 5 Arena: MGM Grand Garden Arena City: Las Vegas, NV The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returns to Las Vegas, NV this Saturday night (March 5, 2016) with UFC 195: McGregor vs Diaz. The action-packed 12-fight card is set to get going with Fight Pass prelims at 6:30pm ET and televised prelims to follow on Fox Sports 1 at 8pm ET. Main card action will be underway at 10pm ET on Pay Per View.If interested in wagering on these plays, or any plays for this fight card, all betting lines will be made available at Several Bookmakerss. Here are my prop plays: Conor McGregor (-485) vs Nate Diaz (+425) Diaz by Submission (+775) 1u to win 7.75u Fight Goes to Decision (+400) 1u to win 4u McGregor by Decision (+680) 1u to win 6.8u Diaz by Decision (+850) 1u to win 8.5u In short, I think if Diaz is unable to secure a submission, this fight will likely hit the judges’ scorecards for a decision, and I can see it going either way. Gian Villante (+165) vs Ilir Latifi (-175) Villante by Decision (+600) 1u to win 6u Putting it simply, I think Villante fights smart here, using his distance, jab and kicks to outpoint Latifi over three rounds of action for a unanimous decision victory on the judges’ scorecards. Marcelo Guimaraes (+275) vs Vitor Miranda (-305) Guimaraes Inside the Distance (+822) 1u to win 8.22u If you’re betting Miranda, I think this is a good hedge. Julian Erosa (-165) vs Teruto Ishihara (+155) Ishihara by T/KO (+460) 1u to win 4.6u I think this is a very likely outcome to this featherweight contest and see great value in it at the underdog price tag of +460. Ishihara has power and Erosa has questionable chin, so 1+1 may equal 2 this evening.
