Plays for Titan FC 35

Rick HawnThis Saturday night (September 19, 2015), Titan Fighting Championship will be heading to the Clark County Fairgrounds Event Center in Ridgefield, WA for Titan FC 33: Healy vs Hawn. If interested in wagering on any this fight card, all betting lines will be made available at Several Bookmakerss. Here are my plays for Titan FC 35: Lightweight title bout: Pat Healy (-150) vs Rick Hawn (+110) Gabe’s Thoughts: To put it simply, I think Hawn is the superior mixed martial artist of the two heading into this 155-pound affair. Healy is a grinder and I don’t think he is going to be able to outgrind Hawn in this bout. Hawn is physically strong, has great balance and takedown defense. He also does a good job of working against the cage, using underhooks and getting his back off the cage, often putting opponents in the position and working offensively from there. I think his gameplan in this contest will be to keep Healy in the center of the cage and use his superior boxing to outpoint the fellow lightweight veteran, likely en route to a unanimous decision victory on the judges’ scorecards following five rounds of action. Gabe’s Call: Hawn by Unanimous Decision (49-46, 48-47, 49-46) Gabe’s Recommended Play: Hawn (+110) 2u to win 2.2u Featherweight title bout: Andre Harrison (-150) vs Desmond Green (+110) Gabe’s Thoughts: I think Harrison will continue to roll here and remain undefeated as a professional mixed martial artist. I see Green as a step up in competition for him and the toughest test of his career thus far, but I like his chances of passing it. I think he has a decent chance of finishing Green, especially in the championship rounds, but if it hits the judges’ scorecards for a decision, I favor him to pick up the nod there. In a three round fight, I would slightly favor Harrison, but in a five rounder, I like him a lot more, as I think he will be the stronger fighter with more wind in him come time for rounds four and five. Gabe’s Call: Harrison by Unanimous Decision (48-47, 49-47, 49-46) Gabe’s Recommended Play: Harrison (-150) 3u to win 2u
