MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with Bellator 140 welterweight Douglas Lima as he prepares for his main event title defense tomorrow night (Friday, July 17, 2015) against Andrei Koreshkov at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.
Neither Lima or Koreshkov have fought in over a year, but the champ expects both men to be well-prepared and firing on all cylinders come fight time:
“I don’t know what type of guy [Koreshkov] is but some guys really feel [ring rust], others don’t. I think I’m not gonna feel it. Who know? I just know I’m gonna be ready for him. He’s a young fighter, he’s good and I’m just excited to put on an exciting fight for the fans.”
