Five Crazy Bellator 132 Prop Bets That Cashed Big

georgi-karakhanyan Five crazy prop bets is a column featured on MMAOddsbreaker.com after every major MMA event that highlights the biggest underdog prop bets to cash out from that card. Here’s five crazy Bellator 132 bets that cashed big based on the closing odds at Several Bookmakers. Patricio Pitbull wins inside the distance (+169) In the main event of Bellator 132, Patricio Pitbull defeated Daniel Straus via fourth-round rear-naked choke submission. Pitbull and Straus went toe-to-toe for the first three rounds and it seemed like anyone’s fight heading into the championship rounds, but the champion showed why he’s the best featherweight in Bellator as Pitbull was able to get Straus in a rear-naked choke with seconds to go in the fourth to once again defend his belt. The prop on Pitbull wins inside the distance cashed at +169 for anyone who had the guts to bet on that outcome happening. Pitbull/Straus UNDER 4.5 rounds (+145) As well as the Pitbull wins inside the distance prop cashing, so did the Pitbull/Straus UNDER 4.5 rounds total. Most figured this fight would go the distance so this prop was undervalued at +145. Congrats to anyone who took a stab at this at plus money, because it cashed out nicely. Georgi Karakhanyan wins inside the distance (+290) In a featherweight bout, Gerogi Karakhanyan defeated Bubba Jenkins in the first round with his signature guillotine choke. Karakhanyan went fishing for his patented submission move early on in the feet during Jenkins’ double-leg takedown attempts and finally got one so tight that it put Jenkins right to sleep. The prop on Karakhanyan wins inside the distance cashed at +290 for anyone who was wise enough to bet it. Virgil Zwicker wins by decision (+455) In a heavyweight matchup, Virgil Zwicker defeated Houston Alexander via split decision. Zwicker was planted on his back in the first round and lost the opening stanza on points, but he showed better takedown defence in rounds two and three and was able to keep the fight standing and punish Alexander on the feet to steal the last two rounds and get the W. The prop on Zwicker wins by decision cashed at +455, a nice get to anyone who bet it. Fernando Gonzalez wins by decision (+271) In the main card opening bout, Fernando Gonzalez defeated Marius Zaromskis via unanimous decision. The two welterweights traded punches and kicks for the entire 15 minutes the fight was scheduled for but there was no doubt at the end of three rounds that Gonzalez was the more effective striker and deserved to get the win. The prop on Gonzalez by decision cashed at +271, so congrats to anyone who bet it.
