Invicta FC 10’s Michelle Waterson: ‘I want to be 100 percent sure I can beat all the girls at 115 before I move up’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with Invicta FC 11 atomweight Michelle Waterson as she prepares for her main event title defense against Herica Tibercio this Friday night (Dec. 5, 2014) at the Arena Theatre in Houston, Texas.

The talented 105-pounder is a pretty large atomweight, and while she knows she could gain a ton more recognition at the 115 pound weight class, she feels she has a few more things to work on before considering a move up:

“For me, it’s about who’s eyes are on you at the time. I want to make sure I can beat all those girls at 115 if I indeed to take that jump. I’m still working on improving my skill-set and I guess what we’ll see what the future holds for me when we get there.”
