Gabe Killian’s Parlay for Bellator 128

Alexander SarnavskiyBellator 128 Date: October 10, 2014 Arena: WinStar World Casino and Resort City: Thackerville, OK Bellator 128 will be live from Thackerville, OK tonight with a 12 fight card, including four fight main card that will be live on Spike TV at 9pm ET. If interested in making this parlay, or any other wagers for this UFC fight card, you will be able to do so at Several Bookmakerss. Here’s my parlay for Bellator 128: Welterweight bout: Michael Page (-430) vs Nah-Shon Burrell (+380) Gabe’s Thoughts: Page is undoubtedly the superior striker heading into this welterweight match-up. I believe the fight will play out on the feet, where I expect Page to stop Burrell. I think there is a very good chance he stops him early in the first round, which is why I like the play on the Under 1.5 rounds at -160, more than I do Page straight up at -430. I am expecting Page to continue his string of first round finishes over the Strikeforce veteran here, and with the current betting line for the Under 1.5 rounds being -160, I do believe there is great value in it, which is why I am including it as the first leg to my two-way parlay for Bellator 128. Burrell is tough, but I don’t think he will survive 7.5 minutes against a dangerous striker like Page. I will be surprised if he makes it out of the first stanza. Gabe’s Call: Page by T/KO (strikes, 0:42, round 1) Lightweight bout: Alexander Sarnavskiy (-450) vs Dakota Cochrane (+400) Gabe’s Thoughts: “Tiger” is without question the superior mixed martial artist heading into this 155-pound scrap. The only advantage Cochrane has over the Russian is in the wrestling department, but Sarnavskiy is generally the better grappling, as he possesses the superior submission game of the pair. Cochrane was knocked out by Christian Giagos under the RFA banner just a month ago and is making a quick turnaround here on short notice. I think taking on a fighter like Sarnavskiy on short notice is a very dangerous task, especially coming off a knockout. I think if this fight hits the mat, the Russian is going to lock up a submission, and if it stays standing, I think he will stop Cochrane, likely in the very first round of action. Much with the previous bout, I am opting to take the Under 1.5 rounds here at +110, rather than taking Sarnavskiy straight up at -450. Of course, it’s likely I could end up kicking myself for not taking the safer route and including their juicy -430 and -450 lines in the parlay, but I think the value on the under’s is too good to pass up, as I expect both fighters to finish their fights. Gabe’s Call: Sarnavskiy by T/KO (strikes, 3:04 round 1) Gabe’s Recommended Parlay: Page/Burrell Under 1.5 rounds (-160) parlayed with Sarnavskiy/Cochrane Under 1.5 rounds (+110) for +241 4u to win 9.65u
