Gabe Killian’s Prop Plays for UFC Fight Night 48 in China

royston-weeUFC Fight Night 48 Date: August 23, 2014 Arena: The Venetian Macau’s CotaiArena City: Macau, China UFC Fight Night 48 will be live from China this Saturday with a 10-fight card to be streamed live on UFC Fight Pass. The four-fight main card will be live at 9am ET, with preliminary action getting going at 6:30am ET . If interested in wagering on these plays, or any other plays for this fight card, you may do so at Several Bookmakerss. My prop plays UFC Fight Night 48 in China are: Lightweight bout: Brendan O’Reilly (-150) vs Zhang Lipeng (+140) Fight Goes to Decision (-135) 1.35u to win 1u Neither of these fighters are real finishers and I think they’re both durable enough to withstand any sort of punishment from one another. I see this fight playing out for all three rounds of action en route to a decision on the judges’ scorecards, likely with the native of China picking up the nod. Bantamweight bout: Royston Wee (-290) Yao Zhikui (+260) Wee by Decision (+145) 1u to win 1.45u In this grappler vs grappler match-up, I think Wee will get the better of Zhikui on the mat and dominate him in top control for the majority of the bout, en route to a unanimous decision victory on the judges’ scorecards for him. Zhikui’s takedown defense is not great, so I don’t think Wee will have trouble taking him down to the mat. I expect him to do what he did in his Octagon debut against Dave Galera and just take Zhikui down and grind him out for the majority of 15 minutes of action. I don’t think Zhikui is a threat to Wee and I see Wee picking up another easy win here and hopefully earning a fight with an established UFC bantamweight his next time out.
