LFA 41 Opening Betting Odds

LFA 41 takes place at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minnesota on Friday (June 1, 2018) at 9pm ET live on AXS TV. Former RFA lightweight champion Thiago Moises faces Alliance MMA standout Jeff Peterson in the main event. 

Moises (9-2) hasn’t competed since July 2017 where he lost to Robert Watley at LFA 17 for the promotions vacant lightweight title. The 23-year-old has won four of his last fights overall, with three of those wins coming by stoppage. Peterson (9-4) hasn’t lost a fight since Mar. 2016 and heads into this matchup on a six-fight win streak. In his last fight he won a unanimous decision over former Bellator title challenger Mike Richman at LFA 29.

The co-main event is a Brazil vs. USA showdown as undefeatd Killys Mota faces Bobby Lee 

Mota (10-0) has finished eight of his 10-career opponents, including former UFC/Bellator fighter Akihiro Gono. The 27-year-old makes his North American debut having fought the majority of his career in Brazil. Lee (8-1) heads into this matchup off back-to-back wins, including a unanimous decsiion over Nick Ammerman at LFA 34 in March. The 22-year-old’s lone loss is to main event fighter Jeff Peterson, where he lost a unanimous decision at LFA 12.
