LFA 29 Opening Betting Odds

LFA 29 takes place at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minnesota, on Friday (Dec. 15, 2017) at 9 p.m. (ET) live on AXS TV. The vacant bantamweight title is up for grabs in the main event as former UFC flyweight Chico Camus battles Ricky Simon.

Camus (18-7) has remained undefeated since he was released from the UFC in 2015 going a perfect 4-0. The Roufusport product is coming off a unanimous decision victory over former Titan FC title challenger Andrew Whitney at No Mercy 6. Simon (10-1) heads into his LFA debut on a three-fight win streak including a split decision nod over Donavon Frelow at Dana White’s Contender Series 5 back in May. The lone loss on Simons’ record was a short-notice submission setback to Anderson dos Santos at Titan FC 37 in March 2016.

In the co-main event Mike Richman looks for his first win since November 2014 when he faces Alliance lightweight prospect Jeff Peterson. After a failed drug test kept him on the sidelines for nearly two-years, Richman returned at LFA 2 in January where he lost a unanimous decision to Lazar Stojadinovic. “The Marine” has never lost three fights in a row. Peterson (8-4) heads into this matchup on a five-fight win streak including a split decision win over Brandon Jenkins at LFA 20 in August. “The Administrator” has gone the distance in three of his last five fights.
