Three-Way Parlay for UFC Fight Night 110

UFC Fight Night 110: Lewis vs. Hunt

Date: June 10, 2017
Arena: Spark Arena
City: Auckland, New Zealand

The Ultimate Fighting Championship will be returning to Auckland, New Zealand for the second time in promotional history this Saturday (June 10, 2017) with UFC Fight Night 110: Lewis vs. Hunt. The 12-fight card is set to kick off with preliminary action on UFC Fight Pass at 7 p.m. ET. The prelims will continue on FOX Sports 1 at 8 p.m., with the main card getting underway on the same channel at 10 p.m. If interested in wagering on any bouts for this fight card, all betting lines are available at Several Bookmakers.

Here is my parlay:

Middleweight bout: Derek Brunson (-280) vs. Daniel Kelly (+240)

Gabe’s Thoughts: I think Brunson should be a -450 to -500 betting favorite in this matchup, so I see great value in him at his current offering price of -280. I think there is a good chance he finishes this fight early, but if Kelly shows great heart as usual, I see Brunson winning a clear cut unanimous decision on the judges’ scorecards. I do really favor a finish here, and an early one, too, but any which way it goes, I see Brunson getting his hand raised, as I believe this is his fight to lose.

Gabe’s Call: Brunson by T/KO (punches, 0:18 round 1)

Featherweight bout: Alex Volkanovski (-470) vs. Mizuto Hirota (+375)

Gabe’s Thoughts: In short, I see this bout being a walk in the park for Volkanovski. I think he picks up another dominant victory and improves to 2-0 inside the Octagon.

Gabe’s Call: Volkanovski by T/KO (punches, 3:22 round 1)

Women’s Strawweight bout: J.J. Aldrich (-220) vs. Chan-Mi Jeon (+180)

Gabe’s Thoughts: Aldrich is coming off a unanimous-decision loss to Juliana Lima in her promotional debut and will be looking to bounce back into the win column by taking out undefeated UFC newcomer Jeon, who is cutting down from 125 pounds to 115 for the first time in her professional MMA career for this contest. I do agree with Aldrich being the betting favorite here, as I expect her to outstrike Jeon for the majority of three rounds en route to picking up a unanimous-decision victory. However, I do not see any betting value in her at her current asking price of -220, so I will be passing on a play. That said, I do think this fight hits the judges’ scorecards much more often than not, regardless of who gets her hand raised. At -200, I like the Total of Over 2.5 rounds in this contest.

Gabe’s Call: Aldrich by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)

Gabe’s Recommended Parlay: Brunson (-280), Volkanovski (-470) and Aldrich/Jeon Over 2.5 rounds (-200) at +146
