LFA 1’s Steven Peterson: ‘The later rounds are where I thrive’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with Legacy Fighting Alliance 1 bantamweight Steven Peterson as he prepares for his upcoming main event tomorrow night (Friday, January 13th, 2016) against Leandro Higo at The Bomb Factory in Dallas, Texas.

Leandro’s a tough opponent. He’s 16-2, he’s the RFA champ. I see me coming out with my hand raised definitely but it could go a few different ways. I’ve got a good gameplan and I’m gonna stick to it. Break him down, I feel like he folds at certain moments and I’m gonna capitalize on those and it could go real quick or I might have to take him into deep water. In the later rounds, that’s where I thrive and guys can’t keep up with my pace and my pressure.
