Here are my initial thoughts on the Opening Odds for Cage Warriors 155:

  • In the main event of Cage Warriors 155, James Lynch faces off against Kyle Driscoll in a lightweight bout. Lynch has a 4-2 overall record in CWFC and is coming off a decision win in his last fight. As for Driscoll, he is 1-1 in CWF and he is coming off of a knockout loss in his last fight. Lynch is a solid fighter, but Driscoll has the superior record and he has fought the better competition overall, so it’s no surprise to see him favored here. That being said, the opening odds are a bit wider than expected.
  • As for the co-main event, it’s Roberto Hernandez and Moses Diaz fighting at featherweight. Hernandez has a perfect 4-0 record so far in CWFC and he appears to be a very good prospect with a bright future at 145lbs. As for Diaz, he is undefeated in his MMA career and he is making his CWFC debut in this fight. With Diaz being undefeated, it’s no surprise to see him favored to win this fight. However, Hernandez has been on a roll as of late, and he has far more experience in the promotion, so he likely has a good chance to get the win in this fight.
