Five Props is a column featured on MMAOddsbreaker.com after every major MMA event that highlights the biggest underdog prop bets to cash out from that card. Here are five UFC Fight Night 172 bets that cashed big based on the closing odds from across various sportsbooks.

1T) Tyson Nam by KO/TKO (+650)

Facing a decorated kickboxer Zarrukh Adashev, many analysts thought Tyson Nam would have his hands full on the feet, but someone forgot to tell the veteran Hawaiian, who blasted Adashev with a counter right hand and knocked him out cold in the first minute of the fight. Nam by knockout tied for the prop of the night at +650.

1T) Christian Aguilera wins in Round One (+650)

Veteran Christian Aguilera hurt Anthony Ivy early and then followed up with combinations to put Ivy away in the opening minute of their fight. Aguilera’s first round victory was good for +650.

3) Marvin Vettori by Submission (+550)

Marvin Vettori was challenged on the feet by Karl Roberson, but Vettori had a clear edge on the canvas, where he latched onto a rear naked choke and ended his rivalry with Roberson via first round submission. Vettori by submission closed at a cool +550.

4) Mariya Agapova by Submission (+550)

Mariya Agapova impressed in her UFC debut, dominating an overmatched Hannah Cifers and quickly latching onto a rear naked choke after Cifers was stunned on the feet. Agapova by submission paid +550.

5) Charles Rosa by Decision (+375)

Charles Rosa wasn’t supposed to win a stand-up fight against veteran striker Kevin Aguilar, but Rosa landed some impressive lead left hands and some heavy kicks along the way to outwork Aguilar on the feet and earn a split nod from the judges. Rosa by decision closed at +375.

A $100 parlay on these five props would have made you a millionaire with $1,128,767.
