WSOF 25’s Luis Palomino: ‘My confidence has not gone down’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with World Series of Fighting 25 lightweight Luis Palomino as he prepares for his upcoming featured lightweight tournament at the Comerica Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona.

The former two-time title challenger is coming off back-to-back title defeats, but his confidence is unwavering as he enters this eight-man lightweight tournament:

“I’m just going with the flow right now. I believe in myself. I believe in all the hard work I put in. In both tough battles that I had with Gaethje, I got close, and in the second fight I got even closer. It’s not a matter of me going in there and just getting beat up. That gives me a sense of confidence where my confidence level has not gone down and I’m still well-prepared, well-conditioned and even better now for this tournaments. It’s only a matter of time until I get that shot again. Patishnock is gonna matter because there’s so many people there that I could end up facing. All I know is I’m fighting three men and I’m looking to knock out all of them. I’m looking for a quick finish.”
