Kurt Southern talks Prestige FC opponent Daniel Swain and training with Duane Ludwig

Featherweight Kurt Southern (13-6) discusses his upcoming fight with Daniel Swain (14-5-1) at Prestige FC 1: Atonement on October 24th during a “1 on 1” edition of “The Parting Shot Podcast” Ahead of the matchup, Kurt discussed training down in Denver with Duane Ludwig “I only got to spend a week down there. My gym, the MMA Center here in Saskatoon we run that place. We are a Bang Muay-Thai Affiliate, so I am under his system, I’m one of his students. I do have contact with him on a regular basis about running his system. It improved my game so much just leaning from him. That was my third time down [in Denver] this year. I’m getting it, I’m picking it up.
