UFC 180’s Ricardo Lamas: ‘I feel I have an advantage in every aspect’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC 180 featherweight Ricardo Lamas as he prepares for his upcoming main card bout Saturday night (Nov. 15, 2014) against Dennis Bermudez at the Arena Ciudad de México in Mexico City, Mexico.

The former title challenger feels he has some distinct advantages against Bermudez come fight time, and he isn’t afraid to talk about it:

“I see an aggressive fighter, a guy who puts a lot of pressure on his opponents. He’s constantly moving forward and mixes up his strikes with his takedowns well. It seems like he mentally breaks his opponents just from the pressure he puts on ’em. He’s a young, tough kid, but with all that being said, I feel I have an advantage in every aspect of the sport. In the striking, on the ground, and wrestling. I feel like I’m a little better than him in all areas.”
