Fight Pass Parlays for UFC on FOX 25

UFC on FOX 25: Weidman vs. Gastelum

Date: July 22, 2017
Arena: Nassau Coliseum
City: Uniondale, Long Island, New York

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will be on Long Island, NY for the first time in promotional history this Saturday (July 22, 2017) with UFC on FOX 25: Weidman vs. Gastelum. The stacked 13-fight card is set to kick off with preliminary action on UFC Fight Pass at 4 p.m. (ET). Prelims will continue on FOX at 6 p.m., with the main card getting underway at 8 p.m. If interested in wagering on any bouts for these fight cards, all betting lines are available at Several Bookmakers.

Here are the fights in my parlays for UFC on FOX 25…

Featherweight bout: Jeremy Kennedy (-235) vs. Kyle Bochniak (+195)

Gabe’s Thoughts: I believe Kennedy is the superior grappler heading into this 145-pound contest, and I expect his wrestling to make the difference. I see him scoring takedowns at will and controlling Bochniak on the mat for the majority of three rounds of action to pick up a unanimous-decision victory on the judges’ scorecards, potentially securing a finish along the way. I think this is Kennedy’s fight to lose and believe he should be at least a 4-to-1 betting favorite heading into this matchup, so I see great value in him at his current somewhat juicy price of -235. Bochniak’s only chance to win this fight is to catch Kennedy with something clean and put him out cold, and I think the chances of that happening are very slim.

Gabe’s Call: Kennedy by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)

Featherweight bout: Shane Burgos (-320) vs. Godofredo Pepey (+260)

Gabe’s Thoughts: I have no doubt that Burgos is the superior fighter of the two here, and I do expect a one-sided contest. I think this fight will be all Burgos, and when the opening bell rings, it will only be a matter of time until he finds the T/KO finish. He is the far better striker here and will have the home advantage as well. I fully believe this is his fight to lose and have a hard time seeing him come up short. Even at the currently offered juicy price of -320, I think he holds great value, as I think he should be a -750 betting favorite heading into this matchup.

Gabe’s Call: Burgos by T/KO (punches, 0:31 round 1)

Gabe’s Recommended Parlays: 1) Kennedy (-235) and Burgos (-320) at -115 and 2) Kennedy (-235) and Burgos/Pepey Under 1.5 rounds (-125) at +156
