MMAOddsBreaker.com‘s Knockout of the Month for February 2017 goes to UFC featherweight “The Korean Zombie” Chan Sung Jung at UFC Fight Night 104 on February 4th.
“The Korean Zombie” returned to action after a three-and-a-half year layoff, serving time in the Korean military as well as recovering from a shoulder injury. Many counted him out following the time away from the cage, but Jung proved doubters wrong by delivering one of the best performances of his professional mixed martial arts career, catching his opponent Dennis Bermudez with a counter-hook that separated him from consciousness in the evening’s main event. One of the biggest fan favorite fighters in the UFC made his return to the Octagon in incredible fashion, scoring a spectacular finish and going right back to being one of the top contenders at 145 pounds. Fight fans look forward to seeing “The Korean Zombie” back inside the Octagon sooner rather than later. Congratulations, Chan Sung Jung!
