UFC 205’s Jeremy Stephens: ‘I don’t really like going where I’m the favorite anyway’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC 205 featherweight Jeremy Stephens as he prepares for his upcoming preliminary card bout this Saturday night (November 12, 2016) against Frankie Edgar at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The San Diego native discusses fighting Edgar in his backyard of New York and why he’d rather be the underdog:

“It’s just another fight if you ask me. It’s a big name, it’s a great opportunity for me to go in there and seize a big-name win. I’m fighting in his backyard, I prefer to do that. I don’t really like going where I’m the favorite anyway. I’d rather go in as the bad guy and crush some spirits. I don’t feel any pressure, it’s just business as usual.”
