Five Props is a column featured on MMAOddsbreaker.com after every major MMA event that highlights the biggest underdog prop bets to cash out from that card. Here are five UFC 231 bets that cashed big based on the closing odds from across various sportsbooks.

1) Dhiego Lima by Knockout (+1050)

Despite fighting off his backfoot, Dhiego Lima stunned the Canadian crowd as he landed a counter that floored his opponent Chad Laprise. The first round walkoff knockout paid Lima prop bettors a whopping +1050 for the biggest prop win of the night.

2)  Gilbert Burns by Decision (+390)

Gilbert Burns had minimal issue with his opponent Olivier Aubin-Mercier. He had hurt Burns early on and had dominant grappling positions later in the bout, but luckily for Burns’ decision backers he was unable to get the finish.

3) Nina Ansaroff by Decision (+386)

Perhaps the most surprising winner on the card, Nina Ansaroff was able to land her jab and sneak out a decision win over long time contender Claudia Gadelha for the biggest win of her career. Ansaroff by decision backers +386.

4) Max Holloway by Knockout (+381)

In the night’s main event, Max Holloway showed once again that he’s one of the best fighters in the sport. Tasked with fighting undefeated Brian Ortega, Holloway utilized his volume heavy attack to batter Ortega forcing the doctor to stop the fight prior to the start of the fifth round. TKO bettors rejoiced as their +381 tickets cashed.

5) Carlos Diego Ferreira by Knockout (+250)

Fighting a promotional newcomer, Carlos Diego Ferreira had little problem as he beat up Kyle Nelson to win by TKO. Ferreira by knockout paid +250.

A $100 parlay on these five props would have netted $460,945.
