Bellator 148’s Paul Bradley: ‘It was a hard camp, but some of my best performances were with injuries’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with Bellator 148 welterweight Paul Bradley as he prepares for his main card rematch tonight (January 29, 2016) against Chris Honeycutt at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California.

The UFC and Bellator veteran had a tough training camp in preparation for this fight, and he wasn’t going to gloss over that, but he feels he’s better for slogging through it and pushing forward with the fight anyways:

“I’m not gonna give you the standard answer of ‘Oh, it was a great camp.’ No, it fucking wasn’t. It was a hard camp. It’s been a good camp. It’s been challenging, but you know what? Some of my best wrestling matches were when I had injuries. Some of my best performances were when I did different things. It’s been good in that it made me focus on other aspects, focus on my diet a lot more. It’s actually almost been a blessing in disguise in regards to making me more strict on some other things.”
