MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC 195 lightweight Scott Holtzman as he prepares for his upcoming preliminary card bout this Saturday night (January 2, 2015) against Drew Dober at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The MMA Lab fighter feels well-prepared for this bout, particularly due to the fact that his teammate already defeated Dober via first round submission earlier in 2015:
“I don’t watch a ton of tape. I’ve seen [Drew Dober]. Obviously everybody knows him. He’s been around for a while. He’s a veteran, he’s southpaw. We’ve had a guy fight him. Efrain fought him so they’ve prepared for him. They’ve been through the scouting and things like that. Of course, I’ll make adjustments along the way, but it’s just worrying about my game. There are little things, the intricacies of a southpaw or certain tendencies we pick up on that of course we add in. It’s gonna be interesting for sure.”
