Bellator 140’s Paul Bradley: ‘Chris Honeycutt hasn’t fought anybody’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with Bellator 140 welterweight Paul Bradley as he prepares for his upcoming main card bout tomorrow night (Friday, July 17, 2015) against Chris Honeycutt at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.

The trash talk between Honeycutt and Bradley has made things personal for the Alliance MMA fighter and he’s hoping to teach the undefeated prospect a lesson tomorrow night:

“[Chris Honeycutt] thinks he’s on top of the world. I’ve been there before. I was 10-0 and Mike Pierce had to set me back to reality. That was the fight that catapulted me to the UFC because after a couple wins, I was in Strikeforce and was on a totally different career path. This kid hasn’t fought anybody. Even when I was his age and I was undefeated, I was fighting the Dante Riveras, the Nathan Coys, the Mike Pierces. He fought a 155-pounder his last fight. Let’s be serious. The kid really pissed me off. he started chirping on me on Twitter about lifting weights and running five miles despite the fact that this kid wrestled at 197 pounds in college and he’s my height. I don’t want to accuse anyone of PEDs but let’s get real. I have all the fuel in the world to kick his ass.”
