Five Crazy UFC 187 Prop Bets That Cashed Big

ufc-160 These were five of the craziest prop bets at UFC 187 that cashed big: Daniel Cormier wins by submission (+724)/Cormier wins in round 3 (+1425) In the main event of the evening, Daniel Cormier submitted Anthony Johnson in the third round to win the UFC light heavyweight title. Cormier had to survive an early blitz by Johnson, but once he did he took over with his grappling and easily dispatched of a gassed Rumble in round 3. The props on DC by submission at +724 and DC wins in round 3 at +1425 both cashed big. Donald Cerrone wins by T/KO (+380)/Cerrone wins in round 2 (+475) In a lightweight fight, Donald Cerrone continued his torrid hot streak as he brutally knocked out John Makdessi in the second round, breaking his jaw in the process. Cerrone looked amazing yet again and absolutely deserves a title shot. The props on Cerrone by T/KO at +380 and Cerrone wins in round 2 at +475 both hit big. Andrei Arlovski wins by T/KO (+675)/Arlovski wins in round 1/(+1100) In a heavyweight contest, Andrei Arlovski turned back the clock as he knocked out Travis Browne in the first round in a back-and-forth, wild bout. Both men threw extremely heavy leather at each other’s faces but it was Arlovski who landed the cleaner, harder shots and he won the fight by knockout as a big underdog. The props on Arlovski wins by T/KO and Arlovski wins in round 1 cashed at +675 and +1100, respectively Dong Hyun Kim wins by submission (+580)/Kim wins in round 3 (+1450) In a welterweight contest, Dong Hyun Kim subbed out Josh Burkman in the third round. Kim’s grappling looked great in this fight and it was nice to see him get back to his roots. The props on Kim by sub at +580 and Kim wins in round 3 at +1450 both cashed. Rafael Natal wins by decision (+595) In a middleweight matchup, Rafael Natal defeated Uriah Hall by split decision. Personally, I thought Hall edged this one out, but I was not surprised the judges gave the nod to Natal as it was just one of those close fights. The prop on Natal winning by decision cashed at +595 for those brave enough to bet it.
