Bellator 114’s Brennen Ward: ‘I’ve got something that Shlemenko won’t be ready for’

MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with Bellator 114 middleweight Brennan Ward as he prepares for his title bout tonight (March 28, 2014) against champion Alexander Shlemenko at the Maverik Center in West Valley City, Utah.

The current number one contender earned his title shot by winning three straight bouts via second round stoppages as an underdog and he has faith that he’ll be able to make it four straight:

“I’m just excited to fight [Alexander Shlemenko]. It’s gonna be a great test of where I’m at and I think I’ve got something he’s not ready for. I’m just gonna bring it. I’m gonna bring it hard and I’m gonna bring it fast and I’m gonna bring it the whole fight. I think we’re pretty evenly matched. It’s gonna be action-packed the whole time.”
