UFC Fight Night 34’s Tarec Saffiedine: ‘I can’t underestimate Hyun Gyu Lim’

MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC Fight Night 34 welterweight Taric Saffiedine as he prepares for his main event bout this weekend (Jan. 4, 2013) against Hyun Gyu Lim at the Marina Bay Sands in Marina Bay, Singapore.

The talented Team Quest fighter is finally making his UFC debut after nearly a year away from the sport. “The Sponge” feels he’s fully prepared to take Lim’s best shot as long as he doesn’t underestimate him:

“The first thing I saw is obviously he’s a tall fighter. He uses his reach, he’s a good striker, pretty explosive and he has a good knee as well. I trained most of my camp with tall guys that are able to mimic his style so I’m kind of ready for what he’s going to bring to the cage. I cannot sleep on anything. I cannot underestimate him at any point in the fight. I will stick to what I do and my gameplan.”
