World Series of Fighting 7′s Nick Newell: ‘I’m up for the challenge’

MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with World Series of Fighting 7 lightweight Nick Newell as he prepares for his main card fight this weekend (Dec. 7, 2013) against Sabah Fadai at the PNE Agrodome in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The undefeated one-armed fighter has been an incredible story thus far in his mixed martial arts career, and he’s hoping to keep that momentum going against Fadai on Saturday night:

“Fadai has been around. He’s fought a lot of tough guys and he’s fought a bunch of times in MFC. He’s fought all around the world. He has some pretty brutal knockout power from what I’ve seen, some pretty vicious knockouts. He’s also got a good ground game, too. He’s never been submitted and he’s long and lanky. I see a bunch of ways I can beat him both standing and on the ground. I’m ready for a very tough challenge but it’s one I plan on winning.”
