UFC 167’s Sergio Pettis: ‘I’m looking to make a statement against Will Campuzano’

MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC 167 bantamweight Sergio Pettis as he prepares for his preliminary card bout tomorrow night (Nov. 16, 2013) against Will Campuzano at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The highly touted Roufusport prospect may be making his UFC debut, but he’s had plenty of opportunity to prepare himself considering his brother is the current UFC Lightweight Champion.

“He knows how the UFC feels but he’s got two losses in UFC. Experience? I’m not worried about that anymore. I’m 9-0 and I feel like I’ve got enough experience from two years of fighting. Now it’s my time to shine so I feel I’ve got to go out there and make a statement.”
