UFC Fight Night 30’s Rosi Sexton: ‘I’ve been training in martial arts since before Jessica Andrade was born’

MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC Fight Night 30 competitor Rosi Sexton before her upcoming preliminary card bout tomorrow (Oct. 26, 2013) at the Phones 4u Arena in Manchester, United Kingdom.

The long-time women’s fighting veteran channeled her inner Renzo Gracie when discussing how her experience in the sport will be to her benefit against Andrade.

“The biggest difference here is the age and experience gap. She’s 21 and I’ve been training in martial arts since before she was born. (laughs) I think she’s more dangerous when she’s on top. Her top game is her strongest aspect. She throws some powerful strikes and I certainly don’t want to be on the end of that. Overall though, I’ve got a little more everywhere. My experience training with great people for many years will pay off. She’s got tools that will make me pay if I let her.”
