The former winner of The Ultimate Fighter season three made no bones about his dislike for the fighting style of all offensive wrestlers in mixed martial arts.
“I just hate fighting wrestlers, man. I know he’s gonna try to take me down. He’s gonna swing and then look for a shot, take me down and grind out just like every other wrestler. Grind it out. I’ve fought some pretty good wrestlers in the past, Rosholt, Munoz, Boetsch and I’ve trained with some good wrestlers the last couple weeks. I expect him to do one thing and I’m gonna try to open him up with my hands and look for the knockout.”
