LFA 32 Opening Betting Odds

LFA 32 emanates from Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino on Friday (Jan. 26, 2017) at 9pm (ET) live on AXS TV. The vacant middleweight title – left by Markus Perez who signed with the UFC last year – is up for grabs as Roufusport standout Brendan Allen faces Anthony Hernandez.

Allen (8-2) heads into this matchup off a second-round submission victory over Chris Harris at LFA 18, which was his sixth win in his last seven fights. The 22-year-old only two losses are to current UFC middleweights Trevin Giles and Eryk Anders. Hernandez (5-0) will be making his promotional debut and has finished all five of his opponents. “Fluffy” hasn’t competed since a Mark 2017 submission victory over Mike Persons at Global Knockout 9.

Here’s my interview with Brendan Allen

The vacant light heavyweight title is on the line in the co-main event, as Contender Series alumni Ryan Spann faces UFC veteran Alex Nicholson. Spann (12-5) has won four of his last five fights including a first-round TKO victory over TUF 23’s Myron Dennis at LFA 27 in November. The 26-year-old has only gone the distance once in his last six fights. Nicholson (10-4) has been on a roll since he was released from the UFC last year notching three-straight first-round knockout wins. “The Spartan” returns to the light heavyweight division for the first time since Feb. 2016 where he lost via submission to Misha Cirkunov at UFC Fight Night 82.
