ONE Championship: Global Superheroes Opening Betting Odds

ONE Championship: Global Superheroes takes place at Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines on Friday (Jan. 26, 2017) at 7am (ET). The interim flyweight title is up for grabs in the main event as Jackson/Winkeljohn standout Kairat Akhmetov faces Geje Eustaquio in a rematch.

Akhmetov (24-1) defeated Eustaquio by split decision in his last fight at ONE Championship: Total Victory. Prior to that, “The Kazakh” lost a unanimous decision victory to Adriano Moraes at ONE Championship: Kings and Conquerors in August, which snapped his 23-fight win streak. Eustaquio (9-6) has lost two of his last three fights and has gone the distance in three of his last four matchups. The 26-year-old has won five of his nine career fights by decision.

In the co-main event, Pongsiri Mitsatit looks to keep his unblemished record in tact when he faces 22-year-old Joshua Pacio. Mitsatit (9-0) has won eight of his nine career fights by stoppage, including a second-round finish over Jeremy Maido at ONE Championship: Hero’s Dream in November. The 21-year-old boasts seven first-round stoppages in nine career fights. Pacio (13-2) is coming off a second-round TKO victory over Roy Doliguez at ONE Championship: Legends of the World in November, which was his second win his his last three fights. The Lakay Central Gym product has only gone the distance once in his 15-fight career.
