MMAOddsBreaker.com’s Fight of the Month for December 2017 goes to UFC welterweights Yancy Medeiros and Alex Oliveira at UFC 218 in Detroit, MI on December 2nd.
Medeiros and Oliveira went to war on the televised preliminary card for UFC 218, producing nothing but fireworks from start to finish. The Brazilian hurt the Hawaiian first but failed to put him away, then Medeiros hurt Oliveira. The Brazilian survived for a while but it Medeiros kept pouring on the damage and eventually forced the referee stoppage. It was the most entertaining fight on a card filled with entertaining fights; the same card that had Eddie Alvarez vs. Justin Gaethje!
