Full UFC 219 Opening Betting Odds

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) closes out the year with UFC 219 which takes place December 30th in Las Vegas, Nevada. The main event will be a women’s featherweight championship match between titleholder Cris Cyborg and former bantamweight champion Holly Holm.

Betting odds for the main card have already been released, but now we take a look at the preliminary portion of the card.

The main event of the prelims pits TUF 23 Finalist Khalil Rountree against late replacement Michał Oleksiejczuk. Rountree (6-2) was slated to face Gokhan Saki however a knee injury forced the kickboxing star off the card. The 27-year-old has won back-to-back fights by knockout heading into this contest. Oleksiejczuk (12-2) makes his UFC debut and heads into this matchup on a nine-fight win streak. The Polish fighter has won his last three fights by knockout.

In the lightweight division, Marc Diakiese looks to bounce back from the first loss of his career when he takes on Dan Hooker. The former Cage Warriors standout is coming off a split decision setback to Drakkar Klose at The Ultimate Fighter 25 Finale in July. Hooker is coming off a TKO victory over Ross Pearson at UFC Fight Night 110 and has alternated between wins and losses in his last six fights.

Also on deck, former WSOF featherweight champion Rick Glenn faces Myles Jury while Louis Smolka looks to snap a three-fight skid when he faces Brazil’s Matheus Nicolau. In the middleweight division Marvin Vettori looks for his eighth win in his last nine fights when he faces Omari Akhmedov.

And opening up the card is UFC newcomer Mark De La Rosa (husband of TUF 26’s Montana De La Rosa) who puts his undefeated record on the line against former UFC flyweight title challenger Tim Elliott. De La Rosa has won five of his last six fights by stoppage while Elliott has lost two of his last three fights. The former Titan FC flyweight champion was slated to fight last weekend against Pietro Menga at UFC on FOX 26 however his opponent missed weight and the fight was scrapped.

MMA oddsmaker Nick Kalikas opened the full betting odds for the UFC 219 full card today at Several Bookmakers.
