Your Best Bets for UFC Fight Night 112’s ‘Fight of the Night’

UFC Fight Night 112: Chiesa vs. Lee

Date: June 25, 2017
Arena: Chesapeake Energy Arena
City: Oklahoma City, OK

The Ultimate Fighting Championship will be returning to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the second time in promotional history this Sunday (June 25, 2017) with UFC Fight Night 112: Chiesa vs. Lee. The 13-fight card kicks off on UFC Fight Pass at 5:30 p.m. (ET), with the prelims continuing on FOX Sports 2 at 7 p.m. Main card action will then get underway on FOX Sports 1 at 9 p.m. If interested in wagering on any bouts for this fight card, all betting lines are available at Several Bookmakers.

The “Fight of the Night” plays that hold the most value are…

Chiesa/Lee +300  1u to win 3u

I think this is going to be a fun fight for however long it lasts, whether the bout goes a few minutes or all five rounds. This is the first-ever main event fight for both lightweight fighters, and I expect them to each be on top of their games. I agree with the betting odds (Kevin Lee -135/Michael Chiesa +115) in that this is a very close fight. I expect it to be fireworks from start to finish. I don’t love the price at +300, but I think it’s still worth a bet, as I think that line should be +230. Should these 155-pounders take home “Fight of the Night” honors, it would be the third time for Chiesa while being the first for Lee.

Kish/Herrig +450 1u to win 4.5u

I expect these women’s strawweights to put on one helluva scrap in Oklahoma City. This should be a fun fight from start to finish, and I think it is worth playing at +450, as I think the line should be +300 to +350 on this particular fight card. Justine Kish looks to remain undefeated while Felice Herrig aims to make it two straight for herself following a unanimous-decision victory over Alexa Grasso, which was a big upset based on the betting odds. Should these ladies manage to take home the evening’s honors, it would be the first time for both of them.

Gordon/Quinones +900 .25u to win 2.25u

Jared Gordon and Michel Quinones are both making their UFC debuts in this matchup. Gordon missed weight, so if this fight does end up taking home the bonus, Quinones will be receiving all $100,000 of it. If the pair put on an exciting fight that ultimately ends with a finish by Quinones, he could potentially pocket $150,000 in bonus money. I don’t like the odds of this cashing as much as I did prior to Gordon missing weight, which is why I am keeping the play very small.

2017 FOTN Results: 4–5 for +4.5u
