Over/Under Totals for UFC Fight Night 110

UFC Fight Night 110: Lewis vs. Hunt

Date: June 10, 2017
Arena: Spark Arena
City: Auckland, New Zealand

The Ultimate Fighting Championship will be returning to Auckland, New Zealand for the second time in promotional history this Saturday (June 10, 2017) with UFC Fight Night 110: Lewis vs. Hunt. The 12-fight card is set to kick off with preliminary action on UFC Fight Pass at 7 p.m. ET. The prelims will continue on FOX Sports 1 at 8 p.m., with the main card getting underway on the same channel at 10 p.m. If interested in wagering on any bouts for this fight card, all betting lines are available at Several Bookmakers.

My Over/Under Totals are:

Light Heavyweight bout: Ion Cutelaba (-290) vs. Henrique da Silva (+245)

Gabe’s Thoughts: I favor Cutelaba to bounce back into the win column with an impressive victory in this contest, and I think there is a good chance he wraps the show up early. The Brazilian is no easy out, but I think the Moldovian possesses the power to get him out of there early. I don’t think Cutelaba holds any betting value at his current offering price of -290, as I think he should be a -250 betting favorite. However, I do see value in the Total of Under 1.5 rounds at +145 and favor it for a wager, considering I think it is a coin-flip, whether this fight ends within the first seven-and-a-half minutes of action or not.

Gabe’s Call: Cutelaba by T/KO (punches, 1:49 round 1)

Gabe’s Recommended Play: Under 1.5 rounds (+145)

Welterweight bout: Zak Ottow (-340) vs. Kiichi Kunimoto (+280)

Gabe’s Thoughts: I do not agree with the current betting odds for this 170-pound contest and think we are looking at a dog or pass situation here. Ultimately, I am going to opt to make a pass on playing the underdog, despite seeing a bit of betting value in him. Instead, I will take the Total of Under 1.5 rounds at +210, as I think that line should be +150 and could see both welterweights finishing this fight. This is also the type of bout that could play out for three rounds for a split decision call, but I think both fighters are capable of pulling off early finishes in this matchup, so the +210 betting line is worth a stab.

Gabe’s Call: Ottow by T/KO (strikes, 3:47 round 1)

Gabe’s Recommended Play: Under 1.5 rounds (+210)
