Prop Plays for UFC Fight Night 108

UFC Fight Night 108: Swanson vs. Lobov

Date: April 22, 2017
Arena: Bridgestone Arena
City: Nashville, TN

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heads back to Nashville, TN for the fourth time in promotional history this Saturday (April 22, 2017) with UFC Fight Night 108: Swanson vs. Lobov. The 13-fight card is set to kick off with preliminary action on UFC Fight Pass at 6:30 p.m. ET, which follows on FX at 8 p.m., with the main card kicking off on the same channel at 10 p.m. If interested in wagering on any bouts for this fight card, all betting linesĀ are available at Several Bookmakers.

Here are my prop plays:

Cub Swanson (-660) vs. Artem Lobov (+540)

  • Lobov in Round One (+2100)
  • Lobov in Round Two (+2600)
  • Swanson in Round Three (+650)
  • Swanson in Round Four (+1050)
  • Swanson in Round Five (+1475)

Lobov has a chance at catching Swanson early, but if he fails, I think Swanson will end up stopping him. For value, these are the props I like for this main event bout scheduled for five rounds.

Ovince St. Preux (-150) vs. Marcos Rogerio De Lima (+140)

  • OSP by Submission (+500)

I see great value in this betting line, as well as in OSP straight up at -150. I think a submission is a very likely outcome to this matchup, so at +500, I love it for a play. I think he finished this fight by either T/KO or submission, and the return on the submission prop is a lot greater than the T/KO prop.

John Dodson (-455) vs. Eddie Wineland (+405)

  • Wineland by T/KO (+950)
  • Wineland by Decision (+620)

I think Wineland has a good chance at winning this fight, and I see value in these plays.

Mike Perry (-135) vs. Jake Ellenberger (+125)

  • Ellenberger by Decision (+465)

Simply put, I think this is the most likely outcome to this welterweight matchup.

Dustin Ortiz (-140) vs. Brandon Moreno (+130)

  • Moreno by Decision (+325)

I think this is the best value to be had on this card. In victory, I think Moreno wins by decision more often than not, so considering he is +130 straight up, I see great value in him on the decision prop at +325.
