The action-packed fight card is stacked with 12 scheduled bouts that are set to kick off with preliminary action on UFC Fight Pass at 6:30 p.m. ET. Preliminary action will then continue on FOX Sports 1 at 8 p.m., with the main card getting underway at 10 p.m. on Pay-Per-View. If interested in wagering on any UFC 209 bouts, all betting lines will be made available to you at Several Bookmakers. Here is my cross-card parlay: Inaugural Women’s Featherweight title bout: Julia Budd (-140) vs. Marloes Coenen (+100) Gabe’s Thoughts: I think Budd should be a 3-to-1 betting favorite heading into this women’s 145-pound contest, so I see a lot of value in her at her current offering price of -140. I see her being too strong for Coenen, and she will be too much in top position. I see her scoring takedowns and working her ground-and-pound, rinse and repeat for five rounds of action, en route to picking up a unanimous-decision victory in this main event and becoming the first-ever Bellator women’s featherweight champion. Gabe’s Call: Budd by Unanimous Decision (50-45, 50-45, 50-45) Bantamweight bout: Luke Sanders (-115) vs. Iuri Alcantara (-105) Gabe’s Thoughts: This is a classic ‘old school versus new school’ matchup in the UFC’s bantamweight division. Alcantara looked inredible in his last outing, scoring a dominant first-round triangle-choke victory over Brad Pickett, hurting the Brit with strikes to set up the choke. I think this is going to be a tough matchup for the veteran, as I think Sanders has the higher ceiling of the two and is the superior fighter at this point point in their respective careers. I see Sanders finding success with his wrestling and boxing in this contest. I think he should be a 2-to-1 betting favorite heading into this contest, so I believe he holds a lot of value at the current price. Gabe’s Call: Sanders by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) Gabe’s Recommeded Parlay: Budd (-140) and Sanders (-115) at +220 All of my content and plays are free.
