marcosgalvaoBELLATOR 166: DANTAS VS WARREN II Date: December 2, 2016 Arena: WinStar World Casino and Resort City: Thackerville, OK Bellator 166: Dantas vs Warren II will be live from Thackerville, OK this Friday night on SpikeTV at 9pm ET, with preliminary action preceding it on the promotion’s channel at 7pm ET. If interested in wagering on this parlay, or any bouts for this fight card, all betting lines are currently made available at Several Bookmakers. Here are my plays: Featherweight bout: AJ McKee (-550) vs Ray Wood (+425) Gabe’s Thoughts: I believe McKee is the superior mixed martial artist heading into this contest and I expect him to continue to roll and remained undefeated with another highlight reel victory in this contest. I’ll predict he drops Wood and then latch on to a guillotine to earn the tap and victory. Gabe’s Call: McKee by Submission (guillotine choke, 0:45 round 1) Bantamweight bout: Marcos Galvao (-160) vs LC Davis (+140) Gabe’s Thoughts: Galvao will be dangerous everywhere in this match-up against Davis. He will be a knockout threat standing, and when Davis tries to wrestle, he will be in serious danger of being submitted. I think Galvao has clear advantages in this contest and I have a hard time seeing Davis surving and managing to do enough to win two out of three rounds on the judges’ scorecards. I see this as being the Brazilian’s fight to lose and thik he should be a -240 betting favorite heading into this 135-pound contest, so I think he holds value at his current offering price of -160. Gabe’s Call: Galvao by Submission (guillotine choke, 3:14 round 1) Gabe’s Recommeded Parlay: McKee (-550) and Galvao (-160) at -109 3.75u to win 3.45u
